Your Journey

01

Paris — Arrival & City Exploration

Arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. A guided city tour covers Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower (photo stop), and Galeries Lafayette.

02

Paris — Cultural Sites

A second day in Paris for cultural depth: the Panthéon on the Left Bank, the Louvre Museum (optional entry to one of the world's largest art collections), and Versailles Palace (optional — the Hall of Mirrors and formal gardens of Louis XIV).

03

Paris — Colmar

Morning drive east to Colmar in Alsace — one of France's most photographed towns: half-timbered medieval houses reflected in the canals of 'Little Venice', colourful flower boxes, and the Unterlinden Museum with its celebrated Isenheim Altarpiece.

04

Colmar — Lauterbrunnen — Grindelwald

Drive into Switzerland. Lauterbrunnen Valley opens up with 72 waterfalls cascading from 300-metre limestone cliffs — the Staubbach Falls drops 297 metres directly above the village. An optional Jungfraujoch excursion (Top of Europe, 3,454 m, Europe's highest railway station) can be added. Overnight in Grindelwald at the base of the Eiger's North Face.

05

Grindelwald — Rhine Falls — Zurich

Morning drive to Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen — the most powerful waterfall in Europe, with a boat ride to the central rock. Continue to Zurich for the overnight, with an optional visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate.

06

Zurich — Lucerne — Milan

A morning stop in Lucerne: Chapel Bridge (14th-century covered wooden bridge), the cliff-carved Lion Monument, and the medieval old town squares. Drive south through the Alps via the St. Gotthard route to Milan, Italy, for the overnight.

07

Milan

A full day in Milan: the Gothic Duomo di Milano — the third-largest church in the world — the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (19th-century glass-roofed arcade), and the neighbourhood around Santa Maria delle Grazie (home of Leonardo's Last Supper, optional booking required).

08

Milan — Venice

Drive east to Venice — a city built across 118 islands connected by 400 bridges. St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Rialto Bridge, and the Grand Canal are all accessible on foot. A gondola ride through the smaller canals is an optional addition.

09

Venice — Florence

Drive west to Florence — the cradle of the Renaissance. The Duomo and Brunelleschi's dome (1436), Ponte Vecchio over the Arno, the Uffizi Gallery (exterior and optional entry), and Piazza della Signoria fill the afternoon and evening.

10

Florence — Rome — Departure

Final drive south to Rome. The Colosseum (built 70–80 AD), the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, and a walk through the historic centre before transfer to the airport for departure.
