Zurich — Arrival
Your driver meets you at Zurich Airport and transfers you to your hotel. The guidebook covers independent exploration options in the city.
Zurich — Rhine Falls — Zurich
After breakfast, your driver-guide leads a 2.5-hour chocolate walking tour of Zurich — specialty shops, city history, and tastings along Paradeplatz and through the old town. The afternoon heads north to Rhine Falls: the most powerful waterfall in Europe, set beside the medieval Laufen Castle above Schaffhausen. A boat ride brings you close to the falls. The route back passes through the medieval river town of Stein am Rhein.
Zurich — Lucerne — Interlaken
After checkout, a final 2-hour guided tour of Zurich's main landmarks. The vehicle then continues to Lucerne, where a 90-minute session at Max Chocolatier includes handmade chocolate tasting and the chance to make your own piece with an in-house chocolatier. Free time in Lucerne follows before the afternoon transfer to Interlaken.
Interlaken
A free morning in Interlaken. The Harder Kulm funicular (included) lifts you to 1,322 m and the Two Lakes Bridge — a glass viewing platform above Lakes Thun and Brienz, with the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau beyond. The afternoon visits the Funky Chocolate Club for a 75-minute chocolate-making workshop.
Interlaken — GoldenPass Express — Gruyères — Bern — Interlaken
An early start for the GoldenPass Express panoramic train — a 2-hour 25-minute journey from the Bernese Alps to Montbovon in the Pays-d'Enhaut. Your driver-guide meets you at Montbovon for the transfer to Gruyères village. Visits include La Maison du Gruyère cheese dairy and the 13th-century Gruyères Castle on its hilltop. The route continues through Bern (panoramic city drive) before returning to Interlaken.
Interlaken — Lauterbrunnen — Schilthorn — Zurich
Morning transfer to Lauterbrunnen, the Valley of 72 Waterfalls. A cable car ascent takes you to Schilthorn (2,970 m): the Skyline Walk platform, the Thrill Walk along the cliff face, and the revolving summit restaurant with panoramic views to the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, Mont Blanc, and the Black Forest. Return to Zurich in the evening.
Zurich — Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Zurich Airport.
